For the 2000-01 races, it was known as the Fila International Crosscountry, for the 1995-1999 races, it was known as the Coca Cola International Crosscountry; for the 1994 race, is was known as the Ulster Milk Games International; for the 1992-1993 races, it was known as the Reebok International Crosscountry; for the 1989 race, it was known as the Brooks International Crosscountry; for the 1990-1991 and 1977-1988 races, it was known as Mallusk Crosscountry. For 1977-1996 it was held on the Mallusk course; for 1997-1998, it was held on the Barnett Demesne course; for 1999-2008, it was held on the Stormont course.  For 2009, the race moved to Antrim and became known as the Amtrim International Crosscountry.

Race distances are as reported altho the women's distance for 2003 and earlier was probably closer to 5 km.  The 2009 men's distance was probably close to 8 km.
